Healthy brownie!?
Yes yes, it does exist!
No sugar, no flour, really easy and absolutely delicious!
Is anyone excited as I am for this mouthwatering brownie recipe!?
I am not a big fan of sweet things so I use only banana that add sweetness and it works perfectly! Although if you have a sweet tooth maybe consider adding some date or maple syrup inside.
The thing with this brownie is that you can eat it for breakfast or a snack without any guilt. It is literally life saver when you do not have time to prepare or eat your breakfast! You just grab a few pieces to your lunchbox and that’s it! Quick, delicious and nutritious!

INGREDIENTS:
- Black Beans (400g=1can)
- 2-3 Bananas (depending on the size)
- Grounded Almonds/Pecans (approximately 1 glass)
- Cacao Powder (9-10 tablespoons)
- Baking Powder (1 teaspoon)
- Grounded Flaxseeds
- Rapeseed Oil (2-3 tablespoons)
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degree. Blend the flaxseeds or use the grounded ones and combine 4 tablespoons with 10 tablespoons of water and leave it for 5 min. Meanwhile blend the almonds or pecans until the flour texture. Then blend the beans, bananas, grounded nuts, oil, cacao and baking powder as well as flaxseed “egg” until the smooth texture. Next, place it in a casserole dish or baking form but before make sure you poured a bit of oil at the bottom and put the baking paper. Bake it for 40-50 minutes depending if you prefer a bit more gooey texture inside or not. once it done, top it with rose petals or coconut chips on top.
TO SERVE:
You can serve it with a scoop of coconut yoghurt or cashew cream. If it is not sweet enough for you I recommend putting some maple, agave or date syrup on top as well.
Enjoy!
