Super easy, super quick and super yummy breakfast idea, especially for those who are bored of porridges or who are not big fans of warm breakfasts!
I came out with this recipe because i have been eaten too much oatmeals recently haha, yes every single day porridge however in different flavour variations I just got bored. I noticed that I need some changes. Maybe it is also the fact that spring is coming and we will be more and more fancy eating fresh, lighter meals, not especially warm and comfy bowls.
I love this recipe because of it’s simplicity. Noone can tell me that some people do not have time for breakfast, because this one you can make in a jar night before and just eat in the morning adding fresh fruits and favourite toppings or even grab it to go.
This recipe is perfect for busy people haha but also for those who love to celebrate their breakfast because they can decorate the bowl with so many ingredients like nuts (roasted or not), dried or fresh fruits, almond butter, frozen berries, seeds, coconut chips or rose petals. You can literally add whatever you like or crave! Different day means different taste preferences! With this recipe it is hard to get bored believe me! Even granola on top combined with soaked oats create a perfect combination! Make your breakfast pretty with the minimal effort, not spending too much time in the kitchen and enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS:
- Oat Flakes
- Chia Seeds
- Flaxseeds
- Sunflower Seeds
- Coconut Chips
- Rose Petals
- Blood Orange (or normal one)
- Apple
- Cashew Milk
METHOD:
Put oat flakes, chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and coconut chips in the jar/glass/bowl, add the cashew milk or any other plant milk of your choice and leave it to soak. Meanwhile grate the apple, squeeze the half of the orange (or chop finely) and mix it with the oats and seeds. If you want you can prepare it a night before so all ingredient will soak very well and the consistence will be softer and a bit fluffier. However, I found it very quick and easy to do it in the morning and it tastes delicous even if it is soaked for 5 min! Believe me, it is enough!
TO SERVE:
Serve you bircher muesli in a jar/glass or bowl pouring a bit of milk on the top, adding coconut chips, rose petals and slice of blood orange. If you want you can additionally squeeze a bit of lemon or orange on top. Also if you want the taste to be even more interesting you can toss on the pan coconut chips and/or sunflower seeds! The good idea might be also nuts but it depends on the personal preferences. Some might also like dried fruits like cranberries or cherries. Experiment with the taste and vary with the ingredients, use also spices like ginger or cinnamon! I am sure that you will discover you favourite variation!
